Meter Insights generates notifications by analyzing the data embedded in your meter's QR codes. Notifications are typically included with each scan description and are visually indicated by a notifications icon in the upper corner of the Meter Insights browser window. These notifications will provide you with information you can act on, such as troubleshooting your system and improving your energy efficiency. Refer to the specific help article for learning more about turning notications ON/OFF. You can also contact Schneider Electric for support with any notification.

Log charts are generated from scans of Log QR screens on your meter. There is one QR screen for each parameter that the meter logs. Depending on the logging interval selected when your meter's data logs were configured, each scan of one of the Log QR screens uploads the most recent logs of that parameter to Meter Insights.
